Snowman Fun!

Happy Holidays Sparkling Scrappers!

This is my only holiday layout this year, as I am in London; the picture quality isn't great, but here it is! It hasn't got the picture on it yet, but I think there should be one for it soon enough!

I frayed the edges on the paper using a razor blade, which although is not as great as a machine it is more cost effective! I stamped the bauble at the top with a red glitter and added the little silver bead. The snowman at the bottom was originally translucent, but I backed it with some metallic silver paper and got that cute snow globe look!

Mmmm Pumpkin Pie!

Hello Sparkling Scrappers!

This is the last of my November scrapbooking, such a shame there isn't more time for scrapping!

My favorite thing about the card is the embossing at the bottom. I'm obsessed with embossing and especially embossing writing!

Thanks For Looking!
Happy Thanksgiving!

Giving Thanks!

Hi Sparkling Scrappers!

Here is my Giving Thanks page and I am very thankful to my little sis! Sorry for the bad picture quality!

The gold leaf is embossed on a small metallic card and the paper flower was made by hand, by cutting lots of small strips in different colors, with a sparkling rhinestone center!

"SSSD" Challenge #1: IT MUST BE HALLOWEEN!

Hi Sparkling Scrappers!

So excited for Halloween, more photos and MORE SCRAPBOOKING! This is my Halloween Fun page, for the Scrappin with Sharon and Smokey Blog Halloween contest.

I had so much fun with this layout, because it wasn't just orange and black, I loved the bright lime and deep purple too! The picture backings were a GREAT find from Target. However, my favorite part of the page has to be the title. I traced letters from a fun font on google and then cut them out in orange fiber paper. I used some distress ink on the edges and then took a lighter to burn the edges and some shapes into the sides!

Thanks for Looking and make sure to follow Scrappin with Sharon and Smokey Blog!!!

Hi Sparkling Scrappers!

This is a page I made from when I went to Berlin. My friend and I veered off from the group to do a little exploring on our own!

Romantic in Wien!

Hi Sparkling Scrappers!
Another page from the EuroTrip scrapbook! Wien, which is how the Austrian's say Vienna, is one of the most picturesque places I have ever been.

I wanted to make the page really romantic just like Vienna, so I thought this paper did the trick!

Thanks for Looking!!!

Picture Perfect in Prague!

Hello Sparkling Scrappers,

This is one of my EuroTrip pages. I made this page for Prague or as they say there, PRAHA! But, what is even more exciting is that I think my photography is getting better!

Prague was a really beautiful place and so antique looking! For this page I was able to play with the title, because I had the wonderful pictures of all the different ways to say "PRAGUE." I also used metal picture corners!

New Love!

Hello Sparkling Scrappers!

This is my New Love card, designed for the "Truly Madly Crafty Challenges!"
Follow them here, Truly Madly Crafty Challenges!

As you can tell, I used a purple monochromatic scheme. I added my favorite sparkly ribbon in the background on both the title and the flowers, along with the lace doily. The flowers are handmade, although really hard to see, because of the poor photo quality. I colored them in on cardstock and used clear embossing to thicken them up! I hope to eventually post a video about them!

Thanks for Looking!!!

Dublin Castle!

Good Morning Sparkling Scrappers!
This is actually one of the newest pages I have made. Unfortunately, the camera makes it look a little yellow, when it isn't.

This page is pretty straight forward. The background paper is lime green and white (difficult to see), but it definitely made the whole page pop. I contrasted the green elements with the red rose paper at the top, which I felt made it a little romantic! Finally, the red glittered chipboard letters... SPARKLE!
Thanks for looking!!!

Ciao Bella!

Ciao Sparkling Scrappers!
Here is another page from my EuroTrip Scrapbook. I loved Venice, Italy and couldn't wait to scrap about it!

One of my favorite parts about this page, is the paper! It is so European and PERFECT for Venice, beautiful, delicate, and full of culture. I cut the gondola out of the photo and attached it to the bottom of the page like we were riding on the page. I also backed the photos in black, so that they didn't get lost in the background!
Thanks for Looking!

Au Revoir, Paris!

Hi Sparkling Scrappers!
These Paris pages are from a EuroTrip I took almost 4 years ago now. I love scrapping after I travel because there are just so many good photos! Sorry if they are not great quality, I am just getting the hang of the blogging world. They are quite old pages, but hopefully I will be making the trip back to Paris in a couple of months, so I'm excited to see how my scrapping has benefitted from the blogging world's help!

Unfortunately because the quality isn't great its hard to see, but the red stickers are velvet, a great find from Michael's. I also added some normal stickers, which I usually don't use because I find that they have trouble standing out from the page, but they were so perfect I couldn't resist!

On this page I used stickers again and some glittering letters to make an understated title. The journaling tag I made by hand by copying a transparency onto printed paper and backing it! A really great and inexpensive way to make a unique place to journal and a detailed focal point for the page!
